Summit Recruitment and Search Africa is a leading Recruitment and Executive Search agency head quartered in Kenya providing outstanding talent to a wide range of companies and NGOs in various business sectors across Africa.Our client, a leading Specialty Beauty company based in Nairobi, Kenya, is seeking to hire a Clinical Nurse specializing in dermatology to join their team. As a vital member of the organization, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert care and guidance in dermatological concerns related to cosmetics. The ideal candidate should ideally have at least 2 years' experience in a busy retail setting specializing in dermatology and a passion for beauty.Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and provide specialized care and product related treatments for various dermatological conditions.
Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to optimize treatment outcomes.
Maintain accurate patsumer records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up consultations.
Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized skincare regimens for clients.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and cosmetic procedures through ongoing education and training.
Ensure you are fully stocked with all products, liaise with branch managers on orders.
Ensure there are no expired goods and all short expiry products have been withdrawn from the shelves and Back Office Manager notified.

Qualifications:

Must have a Diploma in Nursing / Pharmacy or a related clinical field from an accredited institution.
Must have a Valid license to practice and registration in Kenya.

Preferably has 2 years' retail experience specializing in dermatology.

Strong knowledge of dermatological conditions, skincare products, and cosmetic procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage patient records and clinic schedules effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
