Summit Recruitment and Search Africa is a leading Recruitment and Executive Search agency head quartered in Kenya providing outstanding talent to a wide range of companies and NGOs in various business sectors across Africa.Our client, a leading Specialty Beauty company based in Nairobi, Kenya, is seeking to hire a Clinical Nurse specializing in dermatology to join their team. As a vital member of the organization, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert care and guidance in dermatological concerns related to cosmetics. The ideal candidate should ideally have at least 2 years' experience in a busy retail setting specializing in dermatology and a passion for beauty.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and provide specialized care and product related treatments for various dermatological conditions.
  • Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patsumer records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up consultations.
  • Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized skincare regimens for clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and cosmetic procedures through ongoing education and training.
  • Ensure you are fully stocked with all products, liaise with branch managers on orders.
  • Ensure there are no expired goods and all short expiry products have been withdrawn from the shelves and Back Office Manager notified.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a Diploma in Nursing / Pharmacy or a related clinical field from an accredited institution.
  • Must have a Valid license to practice and registration in Kenya.
  • Preferably has 2 years' retail experience specializing in dermatology.
  • Strong knowledge of dermatological conditions, skincare products, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage patient records and clinic schedules effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
