Our client is one of the largest companies in the financial services industry in the region and is involved in provision of financial services personalized according to client needs and serving a niche market. The company is continuously innovating the design of financial products and services for today’s constantly changing world. It is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, talented and innovative individual to fill the following position:Director, People and CultureReporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, the Director - People and Culture will be responsible for leading all aspects of People Management and Culture/Employee Relations within the Company.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people management strategy that supports Company's business objectives.
  • Oversee talent management strategies, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and employee retention and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Design and implement employee experience initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent, including competitive compensation and benefits, well-being programs, and a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular culture assessment to validate what the existing culture is, the preferred culture would be and the underlying gaps/ challenges.
  • Drive development and implementation of a Culture Transformation Program and plan aimed at bringing into place a culture that is in line with the organization values, mission, and vision.
  • Conduct regular post implementation assessment to evaluate effectiveness of the culture change initiatives.
Requirements
  • Be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field, gained from a recognized institution.
  • Master’s degree in related field will be added advantage.
  • Have knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than fourteen (14) years, with at least seven (7) years served in senior leadership position.
  • S/He must be a strategic thinker, with a big picture mindset and commercial aware and tech savvy.
  • Practicing license from IHRM
  • Chartered Human Resources Management Professional will be added advantage.
  • Certificate in Corporate Governance will be an added advantage.
