Editor to join our team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for
individuals who are passionate about video editing and are looking to kickstart
their career in the industry.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Basic understanding of video editing principles and techniques.Proficiency in using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve (experience with other editing software will also be considered).Access to a computer with sufficient hardware capabilities to handle video editing software effectively.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, even in a remote work environment.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.A passion for video editing and a desire to grow and develop skills in the field.Access to a reliable internet connection for remote work.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for qualityResponsibilities- Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects.- Collaborate with our creative team to understand project scope and objectives.- Apply basic video editing techniques to trim, cut, and arrange footage according to project specifications.- Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, software updates, and industry trends to enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas to projects.- Utilize your own computer with sufficient hardware capabilities to handle video editing software effectively.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to overcome challenges during the editing process.Please include a brief cover letter highlighting your interest in the position and your ability to work remotely.
