Executive Driver To CEO

• Safely transporting the CEO to and from appointments, meetings, and events.
• Planning and optimizing travel routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the CEO's vehicle.
• Assisting the CEO with loading and unloading luggage and other items as needed.
• Always Providing excellent customer service and a professional demeanour.
• Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations and ensuring the CEO's compliance with safety protocols.
• Fulfil special requests of the office by picking up and delivering items as directed and running errands.
• Report any instance of mishap or accident, injury or damage of the vehicle.
• Dress professionally and in accordance with company's dress code.
• Read and interpret maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during transport assignments.
• Maintain awareness of current road systems and conditions by monitoring news and traffic reports, adjusting routes as necessary to avoid delays.
• Perform any other duties/ responsibilities assigned by the CEO including picking up and delivering items as directed and running errands.
• Log official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, greasing etc.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management.
• Ensure minor repairs are done and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle is maintained inside and outside.
• Ensure appropriate steps are taken in case of involvement in accident or other traffic related incidents.
• Monitoring vehicle maintenance and reporting any issues or concerns promptly.
