Manager, Trade Finance at Bank of Africa Kenya Limited

• Build and manage overall Trade Finance portfolio and regional business volumes of related to Trade products.
• Achieve and manage the Trade Finance budget in line with targeted volumes, fees and commissions.
• Ensure portfolio quality remains within the bank’s acceptable risk. •Maintain and develop high-value, profitable Trade Finance Portfolios.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of general banking experience with at least 5 years in Trade Sales, Product Management or Business Development.
• Strong knowledge of the risk profile and regulatory treatment of trade finance products, as well as related risk and portfolio management practices.

• High integrity, professionalism, results driven and proactive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to lead a team and provide strategic oversight and guidance. ‘
• Ability to manage relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
• Effective communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking to make informed decisions.
• Quick to adapt to new environments, market changes and customer needs.
