  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate service requests with technical teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Follow up on installations, maintenance, and customer complaints
  • Support the sales team in customer engagement activities
  • Prepare and maintain customer service reports
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Customer Service, or a related field
  • At least 1 year experience in customer support (internship included)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
