- Define the sales strategy for the East-African markets
- To define the sales strategy according to the Area Manager for this region
- To prospect new clients
- To manage the distribution channels
- To take responsibility for your area and optimise your results (margins, volume and market share) with direct sales
- To guarantee the quality of our products and respect delivery deadlines to our customers
- To monitor the market (competition, potential clients, raw material cost, regulations)
- To insure the reporting to the Area Manager
- Holder of a post-graduate degree in Business or in Agriculture, you have a successful track-record in sales, ideally in a B-to-B environment.
- Knowledge of the East-African markets is a must and a first experience in sales of agricultural products or similar would be a plus.
- You have a perfect command of English, French will be a plus.
- You can work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- You love being outdoor on the field, travel in the region is to be expected.
