Magnate Ventures is seeking a talented and dedicated Commercial Manager – Property to manager our real estate unit. This is under Magnate Development - check more information here. This is a fulltime IN-HOUSE role and the encumberment will be responsible for the division’s sales strategy, developing and building strategic partnerships with various stakeholders within the industry. He/she will also oversee the entire developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in the real estate segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, market expansion, and product diversification.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, investors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and contracts for new and existing business.
2.Sales & Client Relationship Management
  • Drive sales performance by setting clear objectives and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements, leases, and property transactions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and investors.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through strong relationship management and service delivery.
3.Financial & Performance Management
  • Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, revenue, and profitability metrics.
  • Prepare reports on commercial performance, market trends, and competitive activities for senior management.
  • Optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue and competitiveness in the market.
4.Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team responsible for sales and commercial activities within the real estate segment.
  • Set performance objectives, track progress, and provide coaching and development to the team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements in all commercial transactions.
Requirements Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales, commercial, or business development roles, with at least 4 years at managerial level.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales or commercial targets.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and close opportunities.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience in developing pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and managing P&L or revenue lines.
  • Experience in client relationship management, including building and maintaining high-level partnerships with corporates, government, or development partners.
  • Strong account management experience

  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • High level of comfort working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly with sales data
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
