We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Channel Sales Manager from the consumer durables and appliances industry to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing trade channels, driving retail sales, and building long-term partnerships within the market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage channel sales strategies to achieve business targetsHandle relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail partnersStrengthen presence across modern trade and traditional retail networksIdentify and expand new business opportunities within the marketMonitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where requiredEnsure effective execution of sales plans and promotional activitiesMaintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysisRequirements:5–10 years of relevant experience in the consumer durables and electronic appliances industryStrong exposure to trade channels, including modern trade and retail networksProven track record in channel management and sales growthWell-established relationships within the trade ecosystem in NairobiExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsCurrently based in Nairobi, KenyaPreferred Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environmentTeam management experience is an added advantageIf you are interested, please share your cv to tejaswi@powernsun.com
