- Oversee and take full responsibility for the sales function in the Nairobi region. This will be General Trade as well as Second/Third Tier Supermarkets
- Oversee and take responsibility for the successful launch and sales growth of the two new products to distributors and agrovets in the Nairobi region.
- Oversee the Nairobi merchandiser function.
- Deal with all issues that arise with Key Supermarkets that require Supermarket Head Office intervention.
- Establish a new storage facility for products delivered from the Company and oversee and take responsibility for delivery of all invoiced orders to supermarkets and General Trade using the delivery personnel and vehicles. You will therefore need warehouse management and fleet management skills.
- Oversee, control and take responsibility for all the staff under your control and within your region as detailed above. You will need excellent leadership skills as well as excellent communication ability.
- The Nairobi region includes Kiambu, Kajiado, and Machakos
- Relevant bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of launching a new product into the Kenyan market would be an advantage.
- Highly experienced, well organized and exceptionally self-motivated individual who has very strong experience in the wholesale, retail and supermarket sectors.
- Must have good knowledge of insecticides.
- Knowledge of the key supermarkets and the key personnel within each key supermarkets is a real advantage.
- An excellent team leader, as well as a great team player.
