- Develop and oversee the implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures to guide the division activities in line with Company strategy.
- Provide leadership in the coordination of digital and innovation activities in the organization to ensure achievement of competitive advantage in the market.
- Oversee the Company brand ensuring that marketing and brand development strategies are well executed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead the organisation in ensuring exemplary customer experience including customer service and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Drive change management and transformation initiatives in the organisation to ensure that such initiatives derive value for the organisation in line with the business strategy.
- Be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field, gained from a recognized institution.
- Master’s degree in related field will be added advantage.
- Have knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than fourteen (14) years, with at least seven (7) years served in senior leadership position.
- S/He must be a strategic thinker, with a big picture mindset and commercial aware and tech savvy.
