We are looking for a creative producer with demonstratable production and organizational skills. The jobholder is should be a team player, a problem solver and possess a clear understanding of overall content production process.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre, production and post production of various genres of multi-platform, multi-camera shows
Interaction and management of studio guests including high-profile personalities
Preparing and producing on-location crews for live events
Management and enhancement of allocated programme slot(s)
Timely delivery of assigned programs
Managing production talent and crew
Developing content for programme promos
Executing client driven productions
Conceptualizing and executing creative fresh ideas
Adherence to the company's editorial principles and guidelines

RequirementsSkills and Personal attribute

Excellent writing and spoken Dholuo language
Current affairs awareness
General knowledge of editorial ethics code and practice
Excellent skills to produce and direct shows of different genres.
Great creative and organizational skills
A flexible person, able to work under pressure
A meticulous planner, pays attention to detail
Good communicator with great writing and presentation skills
Good in execution and in follow up
Able to make quick and well-thought-out decisions
Efficient time management skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Swahili

Academic and professional experience

University Graduate - Communication/TV production with relevant practical experience
Minimum three (3) years' experience in TV production process
Video editing skills in Final Cut, After Effects an added advantage.
