- Design and maintain performance review templates; compile monthly performance summaries.
- Manage the PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) process: issue coaching forms and notices, schedule and facilitate PIP hearings.
- Monitor and follow up on employees under PIP or verbal warnings to track progress.
- Support the HR Manager and HR Business Partner with additional HR duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a supervisory HR role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong data analysis skills (added advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
