- Primarily drive the sales growth of our Set Magic Filler and Wall Master brands
- Achieve a monthly sales target of Ksh 500,000.
- Maintain a sales pipeline worth at least Ksh 1,000,000 on Odoo.
- Onboard at least ten hardwares per month who must consume either filler or wall master
- Secure at least three new contractor/developer accounts monthly who must consume at least one of Set Paints products.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, including painters, contractors, and hardware stores.
- Contribute to expanding Set Paints into new towns in Kenya by the end of 2026.
- Participate in market activation activities for Set Paints as assigned
- Participate in content creation by shooting videos to create brand and product awareness on digital platforms
- Generate a minimum of 50 qualified leads per week through digital marketing, cold calling and referral
- Represent Set Paints at construction-related forums and trade expos.
- Promote Set Paints products through social media, referrals, and site visits.
- Engage in live video shoots on platforms such as Tiktok and Meta to generate qualified leads with the assistance of marketing team
- Stay updated with product specifications, features, and competitive advantages.
- Attend quarterly training sessions on sales techniques, industry trends, and product knowledge.
- Update sales activities and customer interactions on Odoo daily.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly performance reviews with management
- Sell a minimum of 400 bags of filler and 100 buckets of wall master per month
- Monthly sales target: Ksh 500,000
- Minimum sales pipeline value: Ksh 1,000,000
- A minimum of ten Hardwares should be onboarded per month with successful sales
- Contractors projects closed per month should be a minimum of three either for supply only or supply & fix with successful sales
- Set Paints retailing in five new markets by end of 2026
- A minimum of three videos of you educating followers on brand and product awareness should be posted on the social pages per week
- A minimum of fifty leads generated per week created on Odoo CRM with sufficient need analysis and follow up activities scheduled
- Attendance of construction-related forum at least one every month
- A minimum of two Tiktok and Facebook live session done per week
- Attendance of quarterly product knowledge and sales training
- Participation in external training
- Daily Odoo updates on sales pipeline and customer interactions
- Weekly and monthly sales reports submitted
- Education: A diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a real estate related business or manufacturing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other retail software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
