- To support strengthening our people, brand, and operations through effective HR practices, impactful marketing initiatives, and efficient administrative support that enhances productivity and drives business growth.
- Lead the entire HR initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding for the best employee experience.
- Develop and coordinate Learning agenda, including training plans, evaluations, and tracking.
- Support performance management processes, including mid-year and annual reviews and development plans.
- Support organizational development initiatives, internal communication, and cross-functional coordination.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and all relevant labor laws, regulations and group rules.
- Support product positioning initiatives and contribute to strengthening the company's market presence.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and website to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Ensure all communication reflects consistent corporate messaging and complies with brand standards.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, product sheets, presentations, and customer communication content.
- Collect and analyze marketing data, customer feedback, and market insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, promotions, and company events (internal and external).
- Support the General Manager with scheduling, documentation, and operational tasks as needed.
- Coordinate travel bookings, logistics, meeting arrangements, and company events.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general administrative follow-up.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, processes, and local labour regulations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills, with the ability to work with agility.
- Interest or experience in marketing, communication, and social media management.
- Ability to priorities, multitask, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Advanced knowledge of digital tools, social media platforms, and content creation basics.
- Experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and AI tools such copilot.
