- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems to promote high performance.
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and reward systems in collaboration with Finance.
- Recommend competitive compensation structures.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee HR records management and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in general HR practice.
- HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an added advantage but not mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
