- Design and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years’ proven experience in Sales and Marketing within the hospitality industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality market and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
