The Security Supervisor is an important position that demands hard work and coordination with other team members in order to perform duties effectively. The following are the responsibilities of a Supervisor:
  • Protect staff of TCL
  • Protection of physical assets of Rendeavour.
  • Protect Tatu City residents, tenants, and visitors.
  • Close Protection of Rendeavour Executives and families.
  • Provide escort duties to Rendeavour Executives and families.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including suspicious activity, criminal behaviour, and security breaches, in accordance with laid-down security plans.
  • Respond to fire outbreaks and coordinate with external fire responders as necessary.
  • Provide Supervision and OJT to the Usalama Team.
  • Coordinate with the Armed CIPU officers on security matters.
  • Submit daily shift report to the Security Manager
Requirements
  • High School Certificate, minimum qualification
  • Prior experience as an armed security officer with a minimum of 6 years in the police force or military service.
  • Relevant firearm license and training
  • Clear criminal record
  • Familiarity with report writing
  • Excellent surveillance and observation skill
