- Establish challenging performance objectives with the CEO and provide regular, honest feedback to direct reports.
- Model effective operational practices for high levels of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, updating them as needed.
- Review training costs for efficiency and value.
- Continuously assess new revenue opportunities within the department.
- Support resource planning and utilization management.
- Proactively plan for current and future projects, including personnel, materials, and facilities.
- Ensure optimal learning experiences through timely preparation, briefing of staff, and client-specific venue arrangements.
- Review and enhance the graduation process.
- Measure and communicate the return on training investment for all projects.
- Maximize resource utilization for All-Access Pass clients through intentional engagement with Delivery Consultants and regular monitoring.
- Collaborate with Implementation Strategist to increase client utilization rates.
- Provide informative presentations for Quarterly and Annual Business Review meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements with all relevant parties.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role preferably for a training and learning facility.
- Must have experience working with systems in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated capability of inspiring business performance.
- Passionate about achieving business and personal performance.
