Our client, a dynamic logistics company with established operations in the Middle East and an expanding presence in East Africa, is seeking to recruit a .This role will be responsible for leading and managing all human resources and administrative functions, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while supporting seamless daily operations. The HR & Admin Manager will play a key role in establishing HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, shaping organizational culture, and overseeing all administrative and facility management activities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
  • Set up and maintain HR systems, employee handbooks, and organizational charts.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for all levels, especially for operations, warehousing, and support roles.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for all HR matters.
  • Identify staff training needs and coordinate appropriate development programs.
  • Oversee the management of office supplies, facilities, utilities, and leases.
  • Manage company fleet, travel bookings, and general admin support services.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety standards at all company locations.
  • Promote staff wellness and support programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Higher Diploma in HR or CHRP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 6 – 8 years’ experience in HR & Admin, preferably in logistics, Transport, or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll software).
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and startup-like environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Adaptability and initiative.
