- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or tech-related fields
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Experience in ERP or SaaS solutions (a strong advantage)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- A background in the manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required
