- Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in storekeeping, preferably in events, hospitality, or related industry.
- Basic knowledge of stock management systems (Excel, ERP, or similar).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and arrange equipment.
- Receive, record, and store event materials, décor, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems daily.
- Issue and track items allocated for events, ensuring proper return and accountability.
- Inspect and ensure equipment and materials are in good condition before and after events.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or losses.
- Assist in loading and offloading event items for dispatch to venues.
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure timely availability of required items.
- Support in periodic stock counts and audits.
- Keep the store organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
