• Native or fluent Luhya speaker with understanding of multiple dialects
• Strong reading and communication skills in Luhya
• Basic computer literacy (Google Suite, file saving, navigating new software)
• Keen attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards
• Experience in field coordination, recruitment, or community mobilization (an advantage)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
