- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business) with a focus on engagement and brand storytelling.
- Plan and implement monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Create captivating posts, stories, reels, promotions, and short-form videos.
- Monitor community interactions and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven adjustments.
- Prepare reports on ROI, campaign performance, and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop campaign calendars for product launches, seasonal promotions, and special offers.
- Coordinate digital, retail, and sales rollout for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials to outlets and partner locations.
- Support in-store promotions, product sampling, and outlet activations.
- Assist in marketing support for new store openings or expansions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to boost foot traffic and conversions.
- Ensure all outlets reflect the brand’s identity and quality standards.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials.
- Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of posters, flyers, banners, and digital creatives.
- Liaise with designers, printers, and external vendors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Collect customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
- Manage marketing budgets, schedules, and vendor records.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations.
- Maintain organized documentation of campaigns and activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, FMCG, food retail, or agribusiness.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Strong organisational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, flexible environment.
