- Ensure compliance of software applications with ICT security, privacy, and organizational standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and progress reports.
- Train staff and provide technical support during and after deployment.
- Timely delivery of high-quality, fully functional software solutions.
- User satisfaction levels with deployed applications and systems.
- Percentage reduction in system downtime and technical errors.
- Compliance with ICT standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations.
- Efficiency gains achieved through automation and improved software tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in software development or ICT consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end software solutions.
- Experience in system integration and digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ICT security best practices.
- Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role is desirable.
