Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers, dealers, and strategic partners. • Drive revenue growth through partner and reseller channels (not direct selling).
Expand market coverage in key regions like Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and other emerging markets.
Provide product training and ongoing support to channel partners on POS, banking, and tax solutions.
Monitor, track, and report partner performance and sales pipeline activity.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of B2B sales, channel management, or distribution experience
Proven ability to develop and manage strategic business relationships
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven and target oriented. Willingness to travel across regions
