- Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the role is responsible for driving business growth by implementing effective business development strategies at the outpatient centres.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement business development plans and schedules.
- Represent the organization at corporate and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in line with company guidelines.
- Prepare periodic reports on business performance and market trends.
- Follow up and resolve client service queries in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing option) or a related business field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Membership to the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) or a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
- Strong ICT proficiency.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, innovative, and self-motivated.
