About the Role
Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
  • Support the Managing Partners and the CIO in building strong relationships with new potential LPs including DFIs, family offices, foundations and pension funds.
  • Analyze market trends and be on the top of LPs’ expectations
  • Organize road shows.
  • Align and coordinate with MPs, and ACP board, on fundraising of the different funds.
  • Create a template for LPs reports and pitch decks.
Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication , or related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional polish and client-service mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, along with equivalent productivity & communication applications such as Zoom etc.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain discretion, professional judgement, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Self-reflective and aligned with ACP values.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in Kenya, Egypt or UK.
Compensation:
  • Compensation will be competitive and will vary based on experience and the location the candidate will be based in.
