Capacity Spring Africa Consultants (CS Africa Consultants) is a consultancy firm established in 2018 and duly registered to offer support services in Management Consultancy and Training services for Institutions.

Our areas of focus include support in Corporate Governance Systems and Audit, Strategic Human Resource Management, Assessment and Certification on Occupational Safety and Health, Financial Planning, Costing, Budgeting and auditing, Risk Management and Organizational Staff Training & Development.

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Nursing Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya and holding a valid practicing license
Specialized ICU/Critical Care training (required)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on ICU experience in a hospital setting
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and in
multidisciplinary teams
