- Design and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty across all branches.
- Develop and monitor patient feedback systems, ensuring concerns and complaints are addressed promptly.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service, communication, and patient engagement.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline patient flow and reduce waiting times.
- Monitor and report on patient experience metrics, recommending continuous improvements.
- Ensure all communication, in-person and digital, reflects Celestial Dental's values and
- brand promise.
- Lead patient outreach programs, follow-ups, and post-treatment engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer experience, patient relations, or service excellence, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports on patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Passion for patient care and commitment to enhancing healthcare experiences.
