Front Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Provide information about classes, schedules, programs, and academy services.
- Handle client registrations and maintain accurate student records.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and basic documentation.
- Assist in scheduling classes, meetings, and events.
- Support management with general administrative tasks.
- Receive and record payments for classes, memberships, and other services.
- Issue receipts and maintain payment records.
- Assist with invoicing and tracking of outstanding payments when required.
- Ensure the reception area and office space remain organized and presentable.
- Coordinate with coaches and staff regarding schedules and student attendance.
- Support event planning, competitions, and academy activities.
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Passion for working in a family-friendly or sports environment.
