  • Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our esteemed client in the piping manufacturing sector, is looking for a qualified Tool Room Technician to join a dynamic and fast-paced production environment in Nairobi.

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that moulds and tools are installed correctly, machinery operates smoothly, and downtime is minimized.
Your Role at a Glance:
  • Install and align moulds/tools according to production requirements
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
  • Respond to fault reports and provide effective technical solutions
  • Maintain accurate logs and follow all safety protocols
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth machine functionality
What We're Looking For:
  • Diploma or Industrial Trade Certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a process or manufacturing plant
  • Strong ability to read manuals and technical drawings
  • Experience with moulds, dies, or extruders is an added advantage
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and attention to detail
