- Manage and grow relationships with high-value accounts (farms, feed mills, integrators).
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue.
- Negotiate and secure long-term supply agreements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver value-added solutions and training.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Develop account-specific growth strategies.
- Resolve client issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Coordinate with supply chain and finance for seamless order fulfilment.
- Degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine.
- Proven experience in animal nutrition, the feed sector, or veterinary sales.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial skills.
- Knowledge of Kenya, animal health and feed market dynamics.
- CRM proficiency and data-driven approach to account management.
