You Will:
  • Manage and grow relationships with high-value accounts (farms, feed mills, integrators).
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Negotiate and secure long-term supply agreements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver value-added solutions and training.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Develop account-specific growth strategies.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and finance for seamless order fulfilment.
We're Looking For:
  • Degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine.
  • Proven experience in animal nutrition, the feed sector, or veterinary sales.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial skills.
  • Knowledge of Kenya, animal health and feed market dynamics.
  • CRM proficiency and data-driven approach to account management.
