- We are seeking experienced and professional Waiters to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience working in a 3-star or higher-rated hotel. The role involves providing excellent table service, attending to guests promptly, and ensuring an exceptional and memorable dining experience.
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide menu recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and in accordance with service standards.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently for incoming guests.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Handle payments accurately and issue receipts.
- Comply with all food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
- Follow company policies and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' verifiable experience as a waiter in a 3-star or higher-rated hotel.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service operations.
- High school certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Professional and courteous guest interaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tables and guest requests simultaneously.
- Accuracy in order-taking, billing, and food presentation.
- Familiarity with menu items, ingredients, and upselling techniques.
- Strong teamwork and coordination with support departments.
- Calm and efficient in handling guest concerns or complaints.
- Physically fit to stand and move around for extended hours.
