- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports for the Managing Director on sales performance and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
- At least 5 years Proven experience in business development, sales in an insurance sector preferably in an insurance brokerage firm.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field is an added advantage.
