Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Managing Director on sales performance and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Other Requirements
  • At least 5 years Proven experience in business development, sales in an insurance sector preferably in an insurance brokerage firm.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field is an added advantage.
