- High-Volume Dialing: Execute major outbound cold calls per day using a power dialer to reach decision-makers in the US.
- Pitching & Objection Handling: Confidently navigate gatekeepers, deliver value-driven pitches, and handle common rejections using provided scripts and battle cards.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately update and manage lead statuses, call dispositions, and meeting notes directly within Zoho CRM.
- Follow-Up: Trigger automated follow-up SMS and email sequences for prospects who do not answer or request more information.
- Meeting Targets: Consistently hit daily and weekly quotas for connected calls and qualified booked appointments.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting specifically targeting the US, UK, or Australian markets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English with a neutral, highly understandable accent. You must be able to hold confident, natural conversations with US doctors, clinic managers, and accountants.
- Tech Literacy: Prior experience using CRMs (Zoho CRM preferred) and VoIP power dialers.
- Resilience: High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle rejection without losing enthusiasm on the next dial.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work strict US business hours.
- Internet: A stable, wired fiber-optic internet connection (Minimum 20 Mbps download/upload).
- Power: A reliable backup power solution (UPS or inverter) to ensure zero downtime during local power outages.
- Hardware: A modern laptop/desktop (Core i5/Ryzen 5 or higher, 8GB+ RAM) and a professional USB noise-canceling headset.
- Environment: A quiet, dedicated home workspace free from background noise (dogs, traffic, family members).
- Base Pay: Competitive base salary based on experience.
- Commissions: Performance bonuses for every qualified appointment that shows up to the meeting.
