Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provid onboarding training for new brands or new sellers before their store goes live.
  • Support specific brands or sellers' daily operation- al.
  • Communicate business goals with specific brands and sellers, discussing joint marketing plans, and driving them to achieve performance targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in any related course.
  • Rich product knowledge and familiar with e-commerce industry information.
  • Takes initiative, has a strong sense of responsibility and can go the extra mile.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Timely follow-up on inventory preparation and order fulfillment status of specific brands and sell- ers to improve fulfillment efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills and keen on details.
  • Conduct regular data analysis and market research, and provide operational reports and recommendations to specific brands and sellers.
