Role Overview:
  • As a French-Speaking Electrical/Mechanical Engineer, you will be an integral part of the dynamic team, contributing your expertise to the design, implementation, and supervision of projects in French-speaking countries. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Drawing: Utilize extensive experience to develop detailed drawings and plans for electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee construction sites to ensure the proper installation of electrical and mechanical systems, providing guidance and support to on-site teams as needed.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and address technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and offering technical expertise to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and ensure that completed projects meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including drawings, reports, and correspondence, to facilitate project documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with stakeholders in French-speaking countries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the design and supervision of electrical and mechanical systems, preferably in an engineering, consulting, or contracting firm.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and ArchiCAD.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Willingness to travel to French-speaking countries for project assignments.
