KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish a participatory process in media development to ensure contextually relevant content promotes access to information, e.g. GBV and SRH among teenagers and communities.
  • Ensure coordination and implementation of outreach activities.
  • Lead project planning & implementation on time
  • Draft messages for SMS/WhatsApp distribution
  • Improve access to accurate SRH info among teenagers
  • Design child-friendly approaches
  • Coordinate with stakeholders & community structures
  • Ensure CHS compliance
  • Support assessments, data collection, reporting
  • Conduct focus group discussions
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Undergraduate degree in Social Work or relevant degree
  • At least three years' experience leading health programs, preferably in humanitarian sector
  • Experience with children & youth projects Child Safeguarding training Project Cycle Model understanding Report writing, facilitation & community engagement
  • Fluency in English and Kiswahili Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills
  • Creative & analytic thinker, managing multiple projects
  • Windows, MS Office,
  • Social Media competence
