Switch Media School is recruiting a dynamic Lecturer in Project Management with a focus on digital media and creative production environments. The successful candidate will equip learners with skills to plan, manage, and deliver media projects while fostering creativity, teamwork, and entrepreneurial thinking.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Teach project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation tailored for media production.
  • Train learners on workflow management tools (Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
  • Guide students in problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.
  • Supervise student-led media projects from ideation to completion.
  • Introduce learners to risk management, quality assurance, and reporting in media projects.
  • Incorporate entrepreneurship, innovation, and AI-based tools in project planning and execution.
  • Mentor students on professional presentation, documentation, and portfolio building.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Media Production, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing creative or digital media projects.
  • Strong knowledge of production workflows, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Prior teaching, training, or mentorship experience is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven project management tools (predictive scheduling, workflow automation, analytics).
  • Experience with entrepreneurship and innovation in media.
  • Ability to integrate theory with hands-on, practical learning.
