Sales and Marketing Manager at Centum

• Sign new sales contracts worth KES 150M per month from sales of new homes.
• Sign new sales contracts worth KES 150M per month from sales of development rights ( serviced land).
• At a minimum achieve Kes. 30M deposit per month from home and development rights sales.
• Identify new business opportunities including activating partnerships with Diaspora, Agents, Corporates, Institutions, Banks, Diaspora Markets and Saccos to increase home sales.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Effectively communicate the company value proposition through proposals, presentations and appropriate events.
• Conduct promotional meetings to disseminate information on the company’s products.
• New product development and implementation.
• Develop and generate relevant reports and metrics.
• Source, recruit, train and lead sales and marketing staff and drive sales performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related course.
• 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from origination to closure
• Proven ability to position Centum Re value proposition to the target market
• Proven experience in leading a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Minimum Bachelors degree – second class upper division and KCSE B+
