- Sign new sales contracts worth KES 150M per month from sales of new homes.
- Sign new sales contracts worth KES 150M per month from sales of development rights ( serviced land).
- At a minimum achieve Kes. 30M deposit per month from home and development rights sales.
- Identify new business opportunities including activating partnerships with Diaspora, Agents, Corporates, Institutions, Banks, Diaspora Markets and Saccos to increase home sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the company value proposition through proposals, presentations and appropriate events.
- Conduct promotional meetings to disseminate information on the company’s products.
- New product development and implementation.
- Develop and generate relevant reports and metrics.
- Source, recruit, train and lead sales and marketing staff and drive sales performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related course.
- 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from origination to closure
- Proven ability to position Centum Re value proposition to the target market
- Proven experience in leading a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Minimum Bachelors degree – second class upper division and KCSE B+
