- Monitor and triage high-volume inbox traffic for the AVP, Sales
- Identify and elevate items requiring direct attention
- Draft and route routine responses as appropriate
- Help reduce administrative email burden during peak event cycles
- Facilitate information flow between the AVP, Sales and internal teams including Finance, Production, and Operations
- Provide requested project information to internal stakeholders such as contracts, estimates, and updates
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely responses
- Support general administrative needs tied to active sales projects
- Maintain and update CRM and future ERP systems
- Support entry of client and contact information
- Assist with sales forecasting updates and pipeline hygiene
- Generate basic sales and activity reports as requested
- Assist in the preparation and organization of sales-related documents
- Maintain organized digital files and records
- Support scheduling and light calendar coordination as needed
- Assist with post-project documentation and notes
- Help maintain consistency in sales processes and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows
- Support future ERP-related data initiatives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage high email volume and prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or similar role
- Experience directly supporting a sales leader or sales organization strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
