We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.We are looking for an experienced Mobile Pre-install Partnership Manager to drive large-scale user acquisition through smartphone manufacturers (OEMs), telecom operators, and mobile distribution partners across Africa.This role will be responsible for securing, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that enable pre-installation, privileged placement, and bundled distribution of our mobile payment application on Android devices.You will play a critical role in scaling user acquisition efficiently while ensuring strong activation and transaction performance from pre-installed users.Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop partnerships with smartphone manufacturers, regional OEM brands, and telecom operators across African markets.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements for app pre-installation, home-screen placement, app folder inclusion, or device-level integration.
  • Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle from sourcing, contract negotiation, technical integration to performance optimization.
  • Work closely with OEM engineering teams to coordinate preload builds and system integration requirements.
  • Drive long-term strategic agreements with scalable device partners.
  • Continuously optimize onboarding experience for pre-installed cohorts.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in OEM partnerships, telecom BD, mobile distribution, or strategic growth roles.
  • Strong negotiation and contract structuring experience.
  • Deep understanding of Android ecosystem and app distribution models.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
  • Background in fintech, payments, digital wallets, or mobile financial services would be a plus.
  • Business fluency in English
