- Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial client inquiry through to the final closing of the deal.
- Schedule and lead professional site visits and property viewings to showcase key features to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate property prices and contract terms on behalf of the company to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties.
- Ensure all legal documentation and sales contracts are accurately completed in full compliance with local property laws and regulations.

- Proven experience in real estate sales, investment, or a consultative client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation, presentation, and relationship building.
- Deep understanding of local property laws, market trends, and financial requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software (such as Salesforce), MLS, or property management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Valid real estate license.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial data and property valuations.
