- Bachelor's degree preferably in early childhood education.
- Have proven experience and skills in qualitative research.
- Ability to facilitate interviews and group discussions in English and Swahili.
- Be a current resident of the target counties.
- Must be fully available for training and during the entire data collection period.
- Experience working in school setting.

- Experience in electronic data capture methods like survey CTO and devices like electronic digital recorders.
- Attention to detail to ensure the correctness of all data entered.
- Resident of the targeted counties.
- Fluency in English and Swahili as well as local language written and spoken proficiency as an added advantage.
- Be available to work full-time on the project for the duration.
