- To lead the design, execution, and oversight of all qualitative research activities within the evaluation work streams.
- Design qualitative research SOP outlining the evaluation methodology, sampling strategy, data collection methods, and analysis plan.
- Support the drafting and finalize qualitative data collection tools, including semi-structured Online Survey Tools, Key Informant Interview (KII) guides and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) guides.
- Design and conduct a training for the field data collection team.
- Implement a systematic qualitative analysis, using appropriate techniques.
- Support Preparation comprehensive Final Qualitative Evaluation Reports.
- PhD or Master's degree in Public Health OR Health Humanities (Medical Anthropology, Medical Sociology); with an undergraduate degree in Humanities;
- At least 10 years' experience in qualitative research in health contexts;
- Knowledge of LMICs health systems.
