Odoo Functional Manager

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Logistics etc.).
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and ensure successful go-live.
- Liaise with technical teams for custom development and integrations.
- Prepare user manuals and functional documentation.
- Stay updated on new Odoo features and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Odoo ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of business processes across departments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills..
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with Odoo v16 or later,
- Familiarity with SQL or basic Python is a plus.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or finance is advantageous.
- Odoo certification is a bonus.
