This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions that align with strategic business goals. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Logistics etc.).
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT, and ensure successful go-live.
  • Liaise with technical teams for custom development and integrations.
  • Prepare user manuals and functional documentation.
  • Stay updated on new Odoo features and best practices.
Ideal ProfileQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Odoo ERP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across departments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills..
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Odoo v16 or later,
  • Familiarity with SQL or basic Python is a plus.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or finance is advantageous.
  • Odoo certification is a bonus.
