- Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join a forward-thinking team delivering specialized software solutions to SACCOs, MFIs, and banks.

- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the financial sector
- Selling innovative products like core banking systems, mobile payment integrations (e.g., M-Pesa, USSD), bulk SMS platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and custom automation tools
- Understanding client pain points and tailoring solutions that truly make a difference
- Presenting solutions in a compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Nurturing strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Working collaboratively with product and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
- Using CRM tools to track leads, proposals, and progress
- Staying ahead of market trends and achieving set sales targets
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the financial technology or software industry
- Familiarity with the operational challenges of SACCOs, MFIs, and banks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A proactive, self-driven individual who thrives in results-oriented environments
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Monthly Salary: KES 60,000
