- Track job progress and follow up internally.
- Prepare and send quotations and invoices.
- Record expenses daily with proper documentation.
- Follow up on parts and update job status.
- Strong communication (clear, confident, not scripted)
- High attention to detail
- Organized and structured approach to work
- Comfortable using systems and learning quickly
- Ability to take ownership and follow through
