- The Team Leader will oversee and support a team of sales representatives to achieve set sales targets, ensure daily field performance, and provide accurate reporting to management.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Plan and assign daily routes and sales targets.
- Conduct field visits to monitor performance and provide guidance.
- Ensure sales representatives follow brand guidelines and maintain professionalism.
- Consolidate daily sales data and submit accurate reports to the Project Lead.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and product inquiries.
- Conduct briefings, training, and performance reviews for the team.
- Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and brand visibility in the field.
- Resolve field challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 year experience in field sales supervision or FMCG sales leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
- Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to motivate and influence a sales team.
